Luminescent pigment (Luminous powder) is self-luminous products made of alkaine earth, 

aluminates or silicates activated by rare earth. 

It has the ability to emit light for 6-38 hours after 10-20 minutes absorbance of visible light. 

Both the strength and duration of the emitted light are 30-50 times of those of traditional material. 

Further more, luminescent pigment contains no radioactive elements and can be recycled for umlimited times. 

The pigment is usually used as additives for dispersing evenly into various transparent medium, 

such as paint, plastic, printing paste, resin or glass to achieve self-emitting results while retaining original pigment color.
